Human Resources Officer C&B focus (20- 25K)
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of C&B functions, including payroll calculation, MPF, taxation, performance appraisal and staff welfare initiatives
  • Manage leave and attendance records, and address any related issues to support the entire payroll cycle
  • Handle staff movement and update personal records of employees in the HR system
  • Prepare the reports and analysis for management review
  • Assist in implementing engagement activities
  • Prepare the correspondence, notice, memorandum, warning letter, and visa letter
  • Assist in ad hoc duties and assignments as required
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the retail industry
  • Solid experience in payroll administration is a MUST
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR-related regulations
  • Capable to work under pressure and prioritize work with excellent time management skill
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (both Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
