Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of C&B functions, including payroll calculation, MPF, taxation, performance appraisal and staff welfare initiatives
- Manage leave and attendance records, and address any related issues to support the entire payroll cycle
- Handle staff movement and update personal records of employees in the HR system
- Prepare the reports and analysis for management review
- Assist in implementing engagement activities
- Prepare the correspondence, notice, memorandum, warning letter, and visa letter
- Assist in ad hoc duties and assignments as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the retail industry
- Solid experience in payroll administration is a MUST
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR-related regulations
- Capable to work under pressure and prioritize work with excellent time management skill
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (both Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
