Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager ( Renewable Contract)
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top IT professionals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with IT department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide expert guidance on talent acquisition processes.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Interview and Selection: Oversee the interview process, including coordinating schedules, conducting interviews, and providing feedback to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance the organization's employer brand within the IT community through targeted marketing initiatives and participation in industry events.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, recommending improvements to enhance the recruitment process.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and the technology landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
