Key Responsibilities
- Offer a wide range of HR services, including advice on employee retention, performance management, promotions, and disciplinary matters to help the business meet its goals.
- Implement high-quality HR initiatives based on departmental performance indicators.
- Support organizational changes by gathering feedback from stakeholders to ensure new initiatives work effectively.
- Identify and address HR-related risks, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain strong communication with all levels of staff within the organization.
- Actively work on improving HR services to become a preferred partner for internal teams.
- Provide valuable HR support to various business units.
Qualifications
- A degree and at least 8 years of solid HR experience across various areas.
- Strong ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, from senior management to junior staff.
- Knowledge or experience in tools for people development and assessment.
