Responsibilities
Efficiently receive, process, and record all incoming and outgoing shipments
Maintain precise inventory records and conducting regular stock checks
Prepare and dispatch delivery orders, invoices and essential documentation
Coordinate with transportation providers for timely and cost-effective deliveries
Contribute to the organization and upkeep of our warehouse facilities.
Providing valuable administrative support to the procurement team and other departments
Requirement
DSE / Form 5 or above
Proven experience as a Logistics Clerk or in a similar administrative role within the warehousing, storage, and distribution
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively multitask and prioritize
A meticulous approach to detail and a commitment to accurate record-keeping
Proficient in computerized inventory management and logistics software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective internal and external collaboration
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to learning
