Responsibilities
Handling stock in and out, related documents, assist in packing and moving stock
Prepare forms and related documents
Process logistic document, stock control and time management of delivery
Communicate with vendors and logistic company for delivering goods
Responsible for RMA process. Ensure the work is being completed on time and the submission of information is correct
Liaise with internal departments, warehouse, transport team, external logistics service provider and customers on outbound delivery arrangement and solve their enquires about the order status
Assist to handle any ad-hoc task which assigned by department head
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
At least 2 years or above relevant working experience
Proficiency on MS Office and Excel and Chinese word processing
With knowledge in Computer products will be an advantage
Able to work independently and under pressure
Short notice or Immediate available is preferred
