Responsibilities

• To provide manufacturing quotes including labor, indirect materials and NRE costs. End-to-end RFQ process

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data for accurate quotations

• Understand new processes and equipment that may be essential for the product in the RFQ

• Collaborate with cross functional team for best pricing with equipment and tools suppliers to achieve favorable NRE proposal

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies during the RFQ process

• Maintain accurate records of RFQs, responses, and related documentation

• Provide introductory training on the RFQ details to cross functional teams after project award

Requirements

• Degree holder in Electronic or Mechanical Manufacturing, or a related Engineering field

• 10 years+ experience within the Manufacturing sector

• Strong understanding of mechanical parts, electronic components and MES

• Proficiency in using CAD and PCB software, in-depth understanding of IPC standards

• Knowledge of Chip-on-board, SMT, THT, selective soldering, ultrasonic welding and related process

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
