Requirements

• Degree holder in Engineering / BA / Marketing

• 10 years+ marketing or operation experience in managerial level

• Lead a team of dedicated subordinates from marketing, materials management, quality and engineering functions to drive for profitability of the business unit

• Strong business acumen to comprehend market situation and provide insightful business and operation plans & strategies

• Result-oriented with strong interpersonal skill and ability to motivate and influence others

• Excellent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
