Human Resources & Administration Manager (Ref# 067095)

Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition and development, tax declaration and payroll administration, compensation and benefits, staff activities, performance management, and staff relations.

  • Assist in developing, updating, and implementing policies and guidelines for daily operation and communicates these policy changes to internal stakeholders.

  • Assist in general office administration duties including maintenance of office equipment and supplies, ordering of stationery, and other miscellaneous supplies.

  • Assist in organizing company events and staff social activities.

  • Handle business travel arrangements, including air tickets, visa applications, and accommodation booking.

  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related disciplines

  • 3 years or above experience in HR & administration is a must.

  • Able to drive and lead change within the organization and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiar with local HR-related ordinances and practices

  • Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to work with tight deadlines.  

  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
