Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all operations within the overseas warehouse facility

• Implement and optimize warehousing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Coordinate inventory management practices, including stock counts and replenishments

• Collaborate with cross functional teams, freight forwarder and local authorities to facilitate inbound and outbound shipment and delivery schedules

• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and safety standards

• Lead, mentor, and train warehouse staff to achieve performance excellence

• Conduct regular evaluations of warehouse performance metrics and reporting to senior management

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably with experience in managing overseas warehouses

• Strong understanding of warehouse management principles with proven operational management skills to effectively develop and implement warehousing strategies

• Proficient in SAP Warehouse Management System and related operational processes, with solid data analysis capabilities

• Excellent communication skills with a strong team oriented mind set, capable of coordinating resources across internal and external stakeholders

• Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
