Responsibilities:
- Creating and implementing operational frameworks and guidelines for seamless collaboration between various teams, including Compliance and Risk Management.
- Leading projects to enhance operational flows, which includes defining user requirements, executing testings, and preparing for rollouts.
- Managing production documentation by writing, updating, and re-engineering manuals and procedures.
- Organizing staff meetings to discuss compliance, operations, and policy updates.
- Providing training and guidance to ensure effective communication of processes to all staff.
- Monitoring and resolving issues raised by Audit, Compliance, and Quality Assurance teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- 8 -10 years of experience in continuous improvement, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP certification is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently in China and Southeast Asia.
