Responsibilities:

- Rack and stack servers and network devices, ensuring proper cabling and connectivity
- Install, terminate, and manage data and power cables with clear documentation
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues using testing tools and resolve faults efficiently
- Review and implement change requests with minimal impact on operations
- Respond to incidents promptly to restore services and minimize downtime
- Use ServiceNow to manage incidents, problems, changes, and service requests
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data centre operations (rack & stack, cabling, change control, incident response)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Overnight shifts required
