Job Duties:
- Handle full HR functions: recruitment, payroll, C&B, performance management
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for HK & China staff
- Assist in coordinating workforce support initiatives in collaboration with government and internal teams
- Prepare HR reports and assist in employee engagement activities
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in HR or related discipline
- At least 2 years’ HR experience, preferably in retail or sizable companies
- Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and HRIS systems
- Strong Excel and Chinese word processing skills
- Good communication in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
