Job Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management – Handle onboarding, offboarding, cross-border & local transfers, and document management.

HR Operations Support – Manage leave administration, verification letters, and business visa applications.

Payroll & Benefits Coordination – Provide accurate data support for payroll and benefits processing.

HR Compliance & Documentation – Ensure proper document handling and respond to employee requests.

HR Consulting & Issue Resolution – Address HR-related inquiries and provide solutions for employees across Asia, Europe, and the US.

Data Maintenance & Reporting – Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy.
Job Requirements

5-8 years of HR Generalist or HR Shared Services experience in a multinational environment.

Fluent English (Mandarin preferred) – Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Problem-Solving & Detail-Oriented – Ability to analyze issues and provide precise solutions.

Client-Service Focus – Proven experience in high-touch HR support roles.

Cross-Border HR Knowledge – Familiarity with HR operations across multiple regions (Asia, Europe, US).

Process Efficiency – Ability to manage multiple HR tasks with accuracy and speed.
