Manage Team Performance:
- Set individual KPIs and evaluate achievements through regular assessments.
- Define roles and responsibilities for the division and ad-hoc projects, such as launch campaigns and events.
- Support career development and manage team morale and productivity.

Sales Management:
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee the team's sales performance and recruit new sales staff.
- Ensure comprehensive training for new hires and lead regular training sessions, including joint calls for territory performance assessment.

Stock Management:
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage stock levels, including forecasting and placing orders.
- Anticipate stock needs for promotional items and address high-stock or short-expiry situations.

Marketing Initiatives:
- Oversee planning and execution of marketing strategies and product launches.
- Work with the Product Manager to set annual marketing objectives aligned with sales goals.
- Manage budgets for planning, development, and execution costs.

Job Requirements:

- University degree
- Minimum 5 years of sales and management experience, preferably in the medical aesthetic or skincare industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proven ability to manage a sales and marketing team.
- Dynamic, motivated, and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
