• Assist in the development and deployment of AI solutions within the Authority.

• Drive innovation in AI with adoption of latest technologies such as Generative AI, foundation models (e.g. Large Language Model (LLM)), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), multi-agent approach.

• Explore business use cases on using AI by working with different user divisions.

• Perform market research on latest AI technologies.

• Conduct proof-of-concept on AI solutions.

• Collaborate with internal divisions and external vendors to manage AI projects.

• Organize / provide AI trainings to the colleagues in the Authority.

• Perform IT procurement and tendering for AI projects and initiatives.

• Perform tasks as assigned by the supervisors.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Information System / Computer Science / Data Science / Artificial Intelligence or related disciplines.

• Minimum 2 years' relevant work experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI.

• Practical experience in deploying and using Large Language Models (LLM) in real world use cases.

• Advanced programming skills in Python.

• Experience in designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

• Knowledge of AI agent integration, and agentic tools.

• Knowledge of AI solution architecture for both cloud and on-prem environments.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.

• Self-motivated with multi-tasking ability, independent and a team player.

• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
