Provide technical support and troubleshooting for services running on Cloud platform, including ECS, OSS, RDS, VPC, SLB, Function Compute, and more.
Monitor cloud infrastructure and respond to incidents, alerts, and service degradation issues.
Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure best practices in cloud architecture and deployment.
Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and service restoration
F.5 or above
At least 2 years of experience in a cloud support or system administration role.
Understanding of cloud networking concepts: VPC, NAT Gateway, VPN, SLB, PrivateLink.
Experience with Linux/UNIX system administration.
Familiarity with cloud monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudMonitor, ActionTrail).
Scripting skills in Shell, Python, or PowerShell.
