• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for services running on Cloud platform, including ECS, OSS, RDS, VPC, SLB, Function Compute, and more.

• Monitor cloud infrastructure and respond to incidents, alerts, and service degradation issues.

• Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure best practices in cloud architecture and deployment.

• Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and service restoration

• F.5 or above

• At least 2 years of experience in a cloud support or system administration role.

• Understanding of cloud networking concepts: VPC, NAT Gateway, VPN, SLB, PrivateLink.

• Experience with Linux/UNIX system administration.

• Familiarity with cloud monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudMonitor, ActionTrail).

• Scripting skills in Shell, Python, or PowerShell.
