• Tenant marketing account

• Handle tenants' inquiries on the finance / reimbursement portal,

• Marketing Programe iPad usages, including gift certificates, and iPad \ replacement handling

• Reports consolidations

• System issue: Malfunction of apps / bugs, complaints and coupon re-shoot handling 

• Degree holder

• 1-2 years solid experience in Marketing / Sales / Customer service field (Fresh graduates will also be considered)

• Good knowledge in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• Well-organized and independent

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
