• Implement cybersecurity measurements and support networks security updates and user access evaluation

• Perform vulnerability and risk assessments

• Work with IT security and infrastructure teams in respond to security breaches

• Assist with preventative and emergency maintenance

• Managing the implementation of cybersecurity infrastructure projects, such as new monitoring tools and security system integration and implementation

• Monitoring, managing and troubleshooting the internal cybersecurity and network security tools

• Assisting in IT security governance control and addressing the issue discovered in the investigation

• Higher Diploma or above in IT

• Experience in the cybersecurity projects, front line IT support and support in any one or more of the following areas:

• involve cybersecurity security related

• end-point security project support experience (eg. anti-virus)

• end-user support experience is advance

• off-site support is required

• IAM/SOAR project experience is advance
