Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the comprehensive management of the autonomous driving business team in Hong Kong, including team planning, personnel allocation, and task assignments to foster an efficient collaborative environment. Conduct regular team reviews to identify issues from business data, optimize strategies and plans, and drive continuous team improvement.
  • Develop a reserve of top-tier local talent in the field of urban living, provide targeted training and coaching for team members, nurture outstanding individuals, enhance the team's overall business capabilities and combat readiness. Lead the team to achieve performance goals with a mature business perspective and management skills.
  • Coordinate the daily management of the autonomous driving fleet, covering vehicle dispatch, operation, and driver (including remote safety officer and related roles) management. Responsible for driver recruitment, recall, contract renewal, ensuring quality and efficiency of test output delivery, analyzing and improving human and vehicle performance issues to ensure efficient fleet operations.
  • Handle issues throughout the entire lifecycle of vehicles, including troubleshooting and repair of autonomous driving equipment, regular maintenance scheduling, rental collection, violation and parking fee management, coordinating vehicles and personnel for testing tasks, organizing effective feedback on test information, ensuring rational utilization of vehicle resources.
  • Lead safety management efforts for the test fleet, conduct regular safety meetings and radio watch activities, implement safety management actions. Establish a sound safety mechanism to ensure safe and compliant tasks for vehicles and personnel during testing and operations, with no major traffic violations resulting in a single deduction of 6 points or more within a year.
  • Strict adherence to Hong Kong traffic regulations, ride-hailing operational norms, and other compliance policies, monitor the impact of policy changes on safety management, adjust safety strategies and execution standards promptly, fortify safety defenses from multiple dimensions including personnel, vehicles, and processes.
  • Focus on user-centric strategies based on keen market insights, emphasizing Hong Kong's local travel market characteristics and user needs to drive marketing strategy implementation. Optimize dispatch algorithms in collaboration to improve supply-demand forecasting, enhance order allocation accuracy, improve user travel experiences, and increase user satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle driver and user complaints, disputes, and other serious incidents, maintain driver relationships, establish a driver blacklist mechanism. Also, focus on key customer development, expand local life group-buying related businesses (such as dining, travel partnerships), uncover diverse user needs, expand business ecosystem and market resources.
  • Actively participate in the implementation and optimization of autonomous driving products in the Hong Kong market, collaborate with the algorithm team to optimize strategies such as dispatching, capacity scheduling, and channel grabbing based on local scenarios. Drive data and algorithm models to adapt to the Hong Kong market, improve dispatch-to-order ratio, vehicle efficiency, and reduce operating costs.
  • Stay abreast of trends in autonomous driving and unmanned travel services, provide local market feedback for product feature iterations and scenario expansions from a city operations perspective, facilitate the advancement of all-unmanned, all-scenario automated scheduling capabilities, and enhance product experiences.
  • Continuously monitor and research local Hong Kong transportation, ride-hailing operation, labor, and other regulations to ensure full compliance throughout the business process. Promptly communicate changes in company policies, assist in implementing headquarters' strategies in the Hong Kong region, collaborate to resolve policy adaptation and business advancement issues.
  • Based on policy requirements, optimize business processes, safety management, driver and user services, transforming policy requirements into business execution standards to ensure robust business development and mitigate policy risks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, 10 years of work experience, preference given to individuals with Hong Kong residency or citizenship. Experience in autonomous ride-hailing, traditional/new energy vehicles, and local life group-buying (e.g., dining, travel) industries is advantageous. Minimum of 2 years' experience in autonomous driving test fleet or ride-hailing fleet management, familiarity with mainland China markets such as Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Hong Kong traffic regulations, ride-hailing operational compliance policies, and local life industry rules, knowledge of ride-hailing industry (autonomous driving domain preferred) and labor law. Possess multidimensional management and execution capabilities, able to handle business pressures.
  • Skilled in cross-cultural and cross-departmental communication, strong understanding, empathy, and patience. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a team player with a passion for autonomous driving business, self-driven with the ability to proactively identify business optimization opportunities.
  • Solid foundation in computer science, understanding of networks, operating systems, data structures, and basic knowledge of the internet company culture.
  • Passionate about work, strong resilience and adaptability, excellent self-management and execution skills, capable of efficiently driving team management, business operations, and policy adaptation tasks.
