Job Duties:

- Develop and implement strategic project objectives, policies, and performance standards in alignment with corporate goals, ensuring clear and concise directives for field teams.
- Lead negotiations and oversee the approval of all change orders, ensuring alignment with project and organizational priorities.
- Ensure comprehensive tracking and reporting systems are in place to monitor project progress and performance.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Provide strategic oversight to onsite Project Managers and Superintendents, ensuring projects adhere to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Proactively identify risks, implement corrective measures within company guidelines, and escalate issues as needed to senior leadership.
- Represent the organization at high-level meetings with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners, advocating for company interests.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of project schedules (using tools like Microsoft Project), including short-term lookaheads and long-term updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in engineering consultancy, data center operations, or large-scale construction project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Chartered or Licensed Professional Engineer status is highly desirable.
- Extensive expertise in:
- Data center design, operations, and live modifications.
- Greenfield and brownfield site development for large-scale projects.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects within cost, quality, and time constraints.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a strategic mindset to influence and align internal and external partners.
