Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage employee relations conflicts, such as disputes and harassment incidents, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Enable and support organizational changes in human resources by interacting with relevant stakeholders, communicating effectively, and gathering feedback to enhance the success of new initiatives.
- Recognize and mitigate HR-related risks and escalate or suggest solutions as needed to ensure that human resources practices comply with the Employment Ordinance and other legal requirements.
- Offers a comprehensive range of cohesive human resource management services, covering the Employee Development Process, including performance evaluation, talent retention, promotion and transfers, rewards decisions, and disciplinary procedures to support and enhance the achievement of organizational goals.
- Assist in the effective and efficient implementation of high-quality human resource strategies aligned with the defined departmental KPIs.
- Maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders across all tiers of the organization.
- Engage proactively in service improvements to fulfill the HR department's aim of becoming the preferred business partner for internal customers.
- Offer HR services that enhance value across different business units.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder with at least 5 years of demonstrated HR generalist experience across all functional areas.
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes within multicultural environments
- Possess knowledge and experience in people development and assessment tools.
- Commercially astute with outstanding relationship management and communication capabilities
- Adaptable professional with demonstrated initiative in addressing new business challenges
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
