Job Duties:

• • Define project goals, procedures, and performance metrics in line with company policies, creating clear, actionable work statements for field teams.
  • Oversee negotiation and preparation of change orders for projects.
  • Maintain detailed logs to monitor project progress and ensure transparency.
  • Collaborate with primary clients and architectural/engineering teams to streamline construction activities.
  • Work alongside onsite Project Managers and Area Superintendents to ensure projects adhere to schedules and budgets.
  • Identify and address potential issues, implementing corrective actions within company guidelines and under supervision.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 8 years of experience in engineering consultancy or data center operations.
• Chartered or Licensed Professional Engineer status is a plus.
• Proven expertise in:
• Data center fundamentals and live data center modifications.
• Greenfield and brownfield site development.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a strategic mindset for managing internal and external partners.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and an effective communicator.
• Experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
