Responsibilities:

Ensuring personalized service and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Act as an ambassador of the brand, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Provide top-tier customer service, assisting clients with both pre- and post-sales inquiries.
- Facilitate sales through understanding client needs and delivering tailored experiences.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth boutique operations and exceptional client satisfaction.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Luxury hospitality / guest relations / Concierge / Front Officer / Club Lounge Concierge.
- Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
