Responsibility:
- Global Brand Strategy & Digital Adoption: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to boost brand’s global presence. Lead digital efforts in Europe and the Americas, focusing on social media to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Content Creation & Management: Oversee creation of digital content, conduct industry research to keep content relevant and ensure strong engagement.
- Joint Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with key apparel and footwear brands in Europe and the Americas on co-branded campaigns and promotional activities.
- Market Research & Consumer Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences in functional apparel and footwear. Use analytics to track campaign performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget to maximize ROI, adjusting allocations based on campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, prefer in Digital marketing, marketing or relevant.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the functional apparel or footwear, or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong background in digital marketing, adequate understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and content management.
- Creative, with strong analytical and project management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, proactive and with strong team spirit.
- Digital marketing exp in regional markets like Europe and the Americas will be an advantage.
- Fluent in English a MUST, with additional language skills being an advantage.
