Responsibilities:

- • Working closely with Marketing team and Property team for promotion campaigns
• Checking and approve the self-earn invoices
• Distribution of the promotion notice to shop
• Handle hotline, customer relation and communicate with the shop manager to clarify the problem cases
• Provide shop briefing for new shop and collect invoice sample for self-earn team
• Assist in monthly health check for the eGV shop List
• Assist in Visual Counter
• Provide clerical and admin support

Requirements
- • Diploma or above
• 2 years or above of solid customer relation, marketing, administration experiences, preferably with exposure in property leasing or management fields
• With experiences in handling customer enquiries is an added advantage
• Well organised, detail minded and self-motivated
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Fresh graduate will be consider
• Immediate available would be an advantage
