Job Responsibilities:

• Perform engineering tasks in a site environment.
• Collaborate with external vendors on engineering projects.
• Ensure optimal maintenance of plant premises.
• Manage analytical and design activities for plant operations.
• Resolve engineering challenges using cutting-edge technologies and best practices.
• Evaluate tenders for engineering projects.
• Supervise a team of technicians for installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
• Undertake additional assignments as required.

Requirement

• Hold a Higher Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Possess 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably with repair and maintenance exposure in electrical & mechanical engineering or facilities management in a site setting.
• Demonstrate comprehension of intricate engineering concepts and principles.
• Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, and analytical mindset.
• Personable and responsible with excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
• A collaborative team player who can also work independently and under pressure.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
