Job Responsibilities:
- Drive and execute leasing strategies for our shopping malls to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Identify, approach, and negotiate with prospective tenants to build a strong and diverse tenant mix.
- Conduct market research and analyze retail trends to support trade mix planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential tenants, offering high-quality tenant services.
- Collaborate with promotions and property management teams to enhance mall performance.
- Coordinate fitting-out works, takeover/handover of premises, and renovation projects.
- Prepare leasing proposals, reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Responsibilities will be tailored according to the level of the position.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- For Senior Manager / Manager AM : Minimum 7-10 years’ relevant experience in shopping mall leasing, marketing, or retail property; professional qualifications (HKIS/RICS/General Practice Surveying) are preferred.
- For Officer / Sr. Officer : 1-5 years’ relevant experience in property leasing or retail property management; fresh graduates with strong potential will also be considered for junior positions.
- Strong market sense and excellent tenant network.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese.
