Job Duties:

- Coordinate intricate schedules for partners and senior executives, internal meetings, client appointments, travel arrangements, and personal commitments.
- Handling Top Executive’s business and personal requirements, including overseas travel, client meetings and private engagements and appointments
- Oversee all household matters, including renovation projects, orderings, maintenance, etc.
- Liaise on family dinner/event arrangements.
- Arrange and attend family gatherings/guest dinners.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- At least 10 years of working experience in Executive/Personal Assistant, Butler, Household Management. Prefer working in large firm
- Able to work as a coordinator and strong in multitasking.
- Hardworking, flexible and good at problem-solving.
- Well-mannered, well-organized, and detail-minded.
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
