Responsibilities:

Oversee cost accounting processes, including product costing, standard costing, and variance analysis, for all production sites

Implement cost accounting processes for the new production sites

Develop detailed financial plans and cost forecasts to support strategic decision-making

Conduct on-site reviews with production facilities to analyze manufacturing costs and align with operational workflows

Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend actionable strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency

Prepare and present comprehensive cost reports and financial insights to senior management
-
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
-
Work closely with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure cost management strategies align with business objectives

Support inventory valuation and control processes to ensure accurate financial reporting
-
Lead and manage the cost accounting team to ensure efficient execution of all cost-related activities

Train team members to enhance their professional skills and performance
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with CIMA finalist or equivalent
-
Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in cost accounting or FP&A, with a strong focus on the manufacturing industry
-
Matured, well organized, initiative and able to work independently and under pressure
-
Strong analytical skills and sound business knowledge

A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Familiar with Microsoft Office software and ERP system, QAD is preferable
-
Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
-
Immediate available is preferred
