• • Oversee the product roadmap to meet business goals and client needs.
  • Manage licensing strategy and prepare documentation for SFC submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing conditions and obligations.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop product features that meet standards.
  • Communicate with SFC and external advisors during licensing processes.
  • Work with tech teams to align platform delivery with regulations.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and adapt product strategy accordingly.

Requirement：

• • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 10+ years in financial services or fintech, with product leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SFC licensing and regulations (Type 1 and 4).
  • Experience managing product lifecycle in a regulated environment.
  • Excellent communication skills across business and tech teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute under tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
