Job Description:
We are looking for motivated Project Coordinators at all levels to join our team in the main construction sector. Opportunities are available for Junior, Mid-level, and Senior Project Coordinators, allowing candidates at various career stages to contribute to our projects' success.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning and scheduling for timely execution.
• Coordinate with project teams to organize documentation (drawings, specifications, contracts).
• Support procurement by obtaining quotes, preparing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and expenditures to meet timelines and financial targets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure effective communication.
• Conduct site visits to monitor activities and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate project records (contracts, change orders, submittals).
• Assist in preparing project close-out documentation (as-built drawings, manuals).

Qualifications:

Junior Project Coordinator:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years of project coordination experience in new build construction projects.
• Basic knowledge of project management principles.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.

Mid-level Project Coordinator:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3-7 years of project coordination experience in new build construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Written and Spoken Chinese / Cantonese is a must.
