A leading main contractor specializing in new build residential and commercial projects. We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of new build projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, addressing any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Experience in managing new build residential or commercial projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager is advantageous.
- Written and Spoken Chinese / Cantonese is a must.
