Our client is a hosipitality group and looking for a chief engineer to join them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the engineering team on all technical matters, including repair and maintenance, alterations, and renovation projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate maintenance schedules and project timelines.
- Present regular reports to top management, focusing on progress, preventative maintenance, and energy conservation initiatives.
- Ensure that all building and equipment licenses, permits, and certifications are current and compliant with regulations
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in facilities management or repair and maintenance
- Professional qualifications and chartership in engineering are preferred
- Strong leadership, self-driven, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong project management skills and experience in pre-opening projects is an advantage
- Proficiency in PC knowledge including project management software, MS Office applications & Chinese word
