Our client is a up-and-rising fashion retail brand that has a regional expansion plan in Hong Kong. Due to the company expansion, we are now looking for a seasoned marketing talent to help drive their projects forward.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the company’s overall marketing and communications strategies and develop the strategic direction for product branding
- Provide guidance and recommendation on market positioning, product design to achieve the best sales and marketing results
- Develop PR and Media strategies and lead various advertising and promotional campaigns and contents (both online and offline)
- Oversee the production of communication materials
- Build market intelligence and research capabilities and to develop best practices database to support sales & marketing strategies
- Work with internal teams to design analytical methods in assessing and enhancing marketing initiatives
- Lead the marketing team and provide them with mentorship and training to foster organic growth and to ensure that business objectives are met
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience and expertise in marketing, branding, promotions, and product marketing
- Experience working in an in-house branding team is highly preferred
- Strong sense of branding and ability to provide innovative ideas and translate such ideas into action
- Ability to drive results and have synergy with both internal and external stakeholders
- Solid team management experience
- Well-connected with advertising agencies, PR firms, design companies and production houses
