Responsibilities:
- Provide daily marketing administration and operational support for the team.
- Prepare sales documents, proposals, quotations, and handle order processing.
- Maintain the marketing database, including customer information and filing systems, and create marketing presentation materials and brochures.
- Address customer inquiries regarding their accounts.
- Assist in regular marketing meetings.
- Facilitate intra-departmental communication and collaboration.
- Support senior management as needed.
- Manage multiple tasks with a detail-oriented approach.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills required), PowerBI and English and Chinese word processing.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Confident, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
