Key responsibilities include:
- Gather business requirements for Digital products and services.
- Coordinate and monitor development teams to adopt appropriate technical solutions.
- Ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames, scope and quality.
- Facilitate requirements workshops to ensure comprehensive discussion and traceability of functional specifications from Group IT.
- Implement controls in reengineered processes to meet audit and corporate governance standards.
- Oversee UAT by ensuring test case completeness, monitoring progress, and managing defects to meet project deadlines.
- Assist in defining and prioritizing product roadmap items based on business objectives and user requirements.
- Ensure that product features align with strategic goals.
To succeed in this role
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related fields.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in insurance or finance institutions related to business analysis, project management, or IT.
- Certified PMP or equivalent project management certification is advantageous.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a strong analytical and change-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
