Planning Manager

About the Role:

You will be responsible for planning large-scale civil and infrastructure projects that involve multiple disciplines, including interface buildings, electrical and mechanical systems, and project commissioning. Your tasks will include:

  • Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports and conducting critical path analyses.
  • Developing the project master schedule in accordance with NEC contract requirements using Primavera P6.
  • Providing programming support for extension of time (EOT) analyses and claims.
  • Collaborating with technical and production teams on sequence and program development.
  • Working with BIM modelers to create progress reporting layouts and 4D construction sequences.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, quantity surveying, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in construction planning, preferably with civil projects, in Hong Kong or overseas.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in project-planning software, including Primavera and Microsoft Project.
  • Proficiency in written English and Chinese, fluent spoken in Cantonese and English is in advantage
