Summary:
Reports into the Senior Application Manager, you will be responsible for both the technical design and project delivery of Microsoft Dynamic 365 CRM modules and other associated applications.  

The ideal candidate should have good technical expertise on D365 CRM (Coming from System Analyst background instead of Business Analyst)   

Job Responsibilities

• Reports into the Senior Application Manager and assist to supervise developers
• Collaborate with business stakeholders closely to capture requirements and provide advices on application design & development
• Define the design and architecture of D365 CRM and the integration of associate applications/ e-Channels (e.g. mobile/ web applications)
• Liaise with external vendors on SDLC and project implementation
• Establish system documentation and user guides

Requirement

• Holder of Bachelor degree or above in IT/ related disciplines
• With 8+ years' relevant experience in application development role 
• With strong knowledge of D365 CRM modules
• Good understanding of application architecture, SDLC, programming languages and SQL databases
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Good stakeholder and project management skills
