Responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation, migration and enhancement of new application projects
• Engage with stakeholders to capture and analyze the requirements based on business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide IT recommendations and define specifications (i.e. workflow, architectural design, integration logics, etc.) 
• Be abreast of latest technology landscapes and identify further improvement opportunities
• Provide support on the applications' ongoing operations
• Develop and upkeep system documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related disciplines
• With 10+ years' of experience in application development and corporate applications
• Demonstrates leadership experience (i.e. people/ project management)
• Strong project management capability, with track records of leading end-to-end application projects 
• Familiar with both corporate applications and digital channels
• Strong understanding of business processes and acumen, can communicate effectively with laymen and technical representatives
