Responsibilities

• Oversee all IT security projects for the company, tenants, and clients, ensuring they align with business goals.
• Manage project processes and ensure that external consultants meet Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Lead the planning and implementation of systems, networks, and cloud infrastructure services.
• Monitor project progress, adapt workflows when necessary, and ensure timely project completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Prepare, update, and maintain project and service documentation as needed.
• Plan for the transition of projects into ongoing support (Business as Usual - BAU).
• Evaluate new technologies and products, providing comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Engage in procurement processes, including formulating purchase requests and tender documents.
• Identify project risks and develop effective risk mitigation strategies.
• Conduct project reviews and generate detailed reports for executive management.
• Optimize and enhance processes and approaches where necessary.
• Offer technical support for relevant services.
• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals assigned by the company.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technology field; candidates with significant experience may also be considered.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the IT industry, with a solid background in delivering total solutions and high-quality service. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager role.
• Strong ability to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including vendors and the operations team.
• Excellent service orientation, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English at a professional level.
• Immediate availability is considered an advantage.
