Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the management and business units to formulate business transformation strategies
• Identify and optimize business processes for better efficiency
• Collaborate with business teams to drive the adoption of new technologies eg. AI and Data Intelligence
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges. Turn these needs into clear requirements for our data intelligence platform
• Analyze data to provide insights that can improve business processes
• Research new technology solutions and trends to benchmark product features and capabilities
• Identify pain points within the real estate sector to guide product development
• Explore partnership opportunities with other tech, real estate and industry companies

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in real estate, such as acquisition, development, or asset management, with a good understanding of different areas
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a similar field
• Strong knowledge of the real estate industry
• Good research, financial, and analytical skills
• Experience in business or digital transformation projects is a plus
• Basic understanding of data and AI concepts is preferred
• Familiarity with real estate trends in Hong Kong, the UK, and the US is a bonus
