Responsibilities:
- Oversee and inspect building services installations, ensuring the timeline work under schedules, procedures, quality control, and project planning.
- Conduct site coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Manage and coordinate all on-site activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in E&M or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in E&M projects within a fit-out contractor firm.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of collaborating with individuals at all levels.
- Proficient in coordinating CSD and schematic MEP drawings in ACAD format.
- Self-motivated, innovative, independent, and able to work under pressure.
