Job Descriptions:

• Conduct engineering design tasks, including creating detailed drawings and specifications
• Support tender preparation activities
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, government agencies, architects, and contractors during project implementation
• Oversee the work of E&M sub-contractors and suppliers on-site
• Perform ad-hoc duties as when required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of building services installation and relevant statutory regulations
• Experience in project coordination and site progress monitoring
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
