· Provide on-site technical support for application maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
· Manage and respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, ensuring swift resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
· Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance and timely responses to incidents and requests.
· Analyse system requirements, workflows, and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and stakeholders, to identify and resolve issues.
· Maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, procedures, and technical specifications.
· Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and usage of applications.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance system efficiency.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· At least 8 years or above working experience in System Analyst role.
· Strong knowledge of programming / technologies such as Java, ServiceNow, UiPath, SharePoint, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Salesforce, Jenkins, SonarQube, Gitlab, Jforg, Jira and etc.
· Strong understanding of application maintenance and support processes.
· Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to tackle complex challenges effectively.
· Strong verbal and interpersonal abilities to collaborate seamlessly with teams and stakeholders.
· Strong leadership skills and team management skills inspire and drive success.
· Candidates with less experience may be considered for a System Analyst role.
