Responsibilities:
- Grow the company’s institutional client base and assist in converting potential clients.
- Oversee the collection of business requirements and reach agreement with stakeholders on the final solution.
- Work with various departments to convert business requirements and proposed solutions into a development plan.
- Design and model solutions or alternatives, and assess proposed solutions.
- Ensure that the designed solution benefits the business while considering post-production maintenance needs.
- Engage in change management and support the ongoing development of the system post-implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- At least 9 years of relevant experience in sales and project management related to brokerage products and trading systems.
- Excellent language and communication skills.
- Strong experience in ECM/DCM sales.
- Established connections with trading system vendors and clients.
- Trading experience is a plus for deeper product and function insight.
- Comprehensive knowledge of both local and global markets.
- An existing network of institutional clients or a developed client base is advantageous.
- Must show a motivated work ethic with a strong drive for success and achieving business goals.
- Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
