Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement marketing plans with collaborating with global team.
- Review the efficiency of marketing effort and present the findings to global. Implement corrective and improvement actions if necessary.
- Work with the team to conduct marketing research so as to identify the market trend, opportunities and threats.
- Localize marketing assets for use in retail, e-commerce and other channels.
- Prepare marketing materials with the team.
- Attend regional exhibitions & events.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above in Business Administration, Marketing Communications or related disciplines.
- 5 years relevant experience, preferably gaining in Beauty and Fashion industries.
- Strong at coordination with different parties.
- Self-initiated and able to work independently.
- Good at communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Occasional work travel and night time regional virtual meetings are required.
