Responsibilities:

• • Lead and mentor the R&D team in developing new mobile accessories and small domestic appliances.
  • • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
  • • Guide product development from concept to market-ready trials.
  • • Review technical reports and ensure design accuracy.
  • • Manage new product, material, and process development.
  • • Oversee the product category roadmap and project timelines.
  • • Provide design direction for business decisions.
  • • Support distributor co-creation and address customer complaints.
  • • Represent the product design authority.
  • • Work with QARA, Production, and Engineering for smooth project transitions.
  • • Build relationships with external partners to support strategic plans.
  • • Manage the Bill of Materials (BoM) and departmental budgets.

Requirement:

• • Understanding of Design Thinking and Value Proposition.
  • • Degree in Product/Industrial Design, Engineering, or related field.
  • • Minimum 5 years in Design Engineering/Product Design.
  • • Proficient in 3D CAD tools like SolidWorks.
  • • Strong background in product development processes.
  • • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • • Good communication skills.
  • • Familiar with product-market fit for consumables.
  • • Experience in medical devices or IoT is a plus.
  • • Leadership and mentoring skills required.
