Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily production and operation activities.
- Ensure the production process is strictly adhered with ISO 22000 standard, hygiene & food safety regulations.
- Supervise frontline production staff to achieve production target.
- Manage inventory control and logistics of raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain production records and relevant documentations according to ISO 22000 and other applicable standard.
- Assist in factory infrastructure and machinery maintenance.
- Work closely with other departments to facilitate production.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requiements:
- Bachelor or above in Food Science or related disciplines.
- 3-5 years experience in food production.
- Self-initiated and able to work independently and in a team.
- Good at communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
