Job responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and optimize network architectures (transmission, core, and wireless) to meet business requirements and ensure high performance and reliability.
• Implement and test new network equipment and technologies, including transmission (DWDM, SDH, MSTP), core (IMS, EPC, 5GC), and wireless (GSM, UMTS, LTE, NR) networks.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement changes to enhance network stability and capacity.
• Provide technical support and consultation to customers, ensuring their network needs are met.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and third parties to coordinate project implementation and resolve issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies, protocols, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in network engineering (transmission, core, or wireless) or related roles.
• Extensive knowledge of network technologies, protocols, and standards (e.g., DWDM, SDH, IMS, EPC, GSM, LTE).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex network issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English is preferred.
• Certifications in telecommunication technologies (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus.
