Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative and customer support in the boutique store.
- Deliver top-tier customer service, especially in the absence of the after-sales associate.
- Maintain clear communication with the service center to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support marketing events, including product presentations and client care, under the Marketing Department’s guidance.
- Assist in client database management by sending re-connect emails and securing opt-ins.
- Handle ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth boutique operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail or administrative roles, preferably in luxury retail.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Qualifications: Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is preferred.
